The Mission field on Monday 14th April 2025 was a special one as we believed it was led by God after coming with an objective of presenting the food parcels vision, the community informed us about the Food parcels distribution by Mogale Municipality happening the same day since morning but unfortunately Ma Evelyn who was the one mobilizing and submitting people’s names got nothing due to some unforeseen reasons. And she was very touched to hear our intention to launch the food parcels distribution idea.
How to fundraise for such? After a personal prayer and discussions with Mario and Gordon in Krugersdorp Motolek and Ma Evelyn, I felt led to launch “chairs hiring services” instead of selling chairs. And Ntheusi was recommended to market the business while Ma Evelyn is helping in storage. Motolek was helping in storage of our 15 chairs delegated it’s driver to assist in dropping off of chairs by Ma Evelyn. Ma Evelyn received the gifts of towels & table clothes with clothes hanger for her support & commitment
Besides, it was sad to witness many of our members such as Tammy and Ma Gundi returning after spending almost the whole day by the government without being assisted and Ma Maria until 17h she was still not yet back.
Depending in funds raised, food parcels will be assisting first families who will be part of the intercessory group and only in future to consider adding more people to increase the reach
The visit was characterized by many group prayers starting for Mr Mario’s son and Tammy’s child as well. Children did enjoy our presence as well😀
An intercessory group is expected to be launched to be praying for Krugersdorp families & community, fundraising strategy for food parcels program, pray for Apostle and many more.
